LIMITED WARRANTY & RETURN CLAIMS
Every CUPCHECK™ item sold is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact CUPCHECK™ LLC immediately to notify the issue and begin the claim process.
This warranty does not apply to damage including scratches, dents, nicks or cracks from normal wear and tear of use, abuse or misuse, nor does it apply to damage to the product because of alteration or accidental incident.

CUPCHECK™ LLC is authorized to sell new CUPCHECK™ products and exclusively from the www.cupcheckgame.com website. Purchases from any seller in the marketplace other than CUPCHECK™ LLC are not covered under warranty.
All CUPCHECK™ warranty and return claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. All claims will be reviewed and a determination will be made regarding replacement parts or a new product issue. Product purchase shipping charges will not be refunded and returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Return shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis by CUPCHECK™ LLC and instructions for return will be provided upon claim approval.
